§ 5.212.170. PROHIBITED CONDUCT.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred ($500) dollars or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months or by both such fine and imprisonment. Revocation or suspension of a permit issued under this chapter shall not be a defense against prosecution.
