§ 5.212.160. CHANGE OF LOCATION OR NAME.

A. A holder of a valid escort bureau permit shall notify, in writing, the Chief of Police and Director of Planning of any change in the business location. Such notification shall be made at least ten (10) business days prior to such change.
B. No permit holder shall operate an escort bureau under any name or designation not specified in the permit.
