§ 18.60.050. LAND PROJECT MAPS - CONFORMITY WITH SPECIFIC PLAN REQUIRED.

The city shall not approve a final subdivision map for any land project (as defined in Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 11000.5) unless:
A. The city has adopted a specific plan covering the area proposed to be included within the land project;
B. The city finds that the proposed land project is consistent with the specific plan for the area.
