§ 13.00.430. SEWER CONNECTION FEES.

Each and every person constructing a new building or facility for human habitation located in the city shall pay the applicable fee described in the following schedule:

Connection Charge

Mobile home parks shall pay a fee of ninety ($90) dollars per pad as required in § 13.00.410.

High Sewer User Fee

A fee of fifty ($0.50) cents is hereby established for each 1,000 cubic feet of monthly flow or portion thereof in excess of 15,000 cubic feet per month estimated flow as determined by the City Engineer. Out of city users shall pay double the fees above.
