§ 10.44.090. IMPOUNDING OF BICYCLES IN VIOLATION.

The Police Department may impound and retain possession of any bicycle owned or possessed by a resident of the city and not licensed in compliance with this chapter, and may retain possession of such bicycle until the licensing provisions of this chapter are complied with in full.
